Our family has been patients here for several years. This practice was recommended from a friend and we have been more than pleased with everyone at this practice including the office staff. Dr. Reed has helped my son tremendously with his vision and contacts. He takes the time to answer all of our questions and we don’t feel like we are just a number here. The eye exams are very thorough and professional .We highly recommend Scarbrough Family Eyecare.

The techs were super nice and professional. Dr. Reed answered all of the questions, he was not dismissive of my concerns, but rather explained everything thoroughly. Did not rush, which I appreciate. Seems they slot enough time for each patient, so there is adequate time for the visit. Unlike other places that give you 15 mins and it’s not enough for anything. Very pleased with the care I received and the whole experience.

As someone who has light sensitive eyes, I loved that they had the machine to take a picture of the eye instead of having to dilate our eyes. I can’t wait to get our new glasses back! The best eye care decision I have made was to go to Dr. Scarbrough’s office. I have had glasses since I was a child and haven’t been to the eye doctor in several years. The staff were amazing even after my husband and I accidentally arrived at the wrong office for our appointments first thing in the morning. They were able to accommodate us (which we did not expect them to do at all since it was our mistake) and received the best care. I highly recommend this practice.

What a great experience. I went in for an exam and testing due to reduced vision during computer work and while night driving.
